About The Role

Our PMO department is seeking a PM Associate to join Functional Implementation and Support Teams. The position will support the PMO Manager in the implementation of projects, calendaring, communications, and documentation. The role will require an understanding of Project Management. Will work closely with cross-functional teams as well as all management to give updates, implementation changes, and overall project status. The successful candidate will need to work with little supervision on daily assignments and must be able to take initiative in all tasks.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • This role will ensure management is informed of all new initiatives, meets project timelines, and communicates to cross-functional department leaders.
  • Help organize and prioritize Operations projects and deliverables, working with international teams.
  • Act on behalf of management to establish priorities, identifying and resolving problems that are administrative in nature.
  • Perform analysis related to customer insights when requested.
  • Compose and draft documents and correspondence for presentations, presentation handouts, and reports; perform substantial editing and fact-checking.
  • Create, maintain, modify, and/or ensure accuracy of content in various documents, displays, reports, for pre-sales and client proposals, etc.
  • Plan and schedule calendar(s) with limited consultation, and resolve calendaring conflicts.
  • May lead staff or supervise day-to-day work of temporary workers, including scheduling, assigning, and prioritizing workloads, setting appropriate deadlines, reviewing work for quality and timeliness, and providing performance review input.
  • Maintain project timeline and deliverable schedules.
  • Coordinate with the Project resources on the Timesheets and communicate with the Finance department for billing to clients, in a timely manner.

Must Haves:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Project Management or administrative duties with an emphasis on Customer Service.
  • Experience working with Software Development Houses or in-house customer support teams
  • A good understanding of the SDLC and Project life cycles for an ERP consulting industry.
  • Proven friendly demeanor
  • Ability to deliver multiple complex projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
  • Executive-level interpersonal, project management, writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Prior success handling/executing multiple high-impact, fast-paced/collaborative projects.
  • Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment, while managing multiple projects
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
