Senior Graphic Designer UI/UX /Motion Design

We at Dynamics Solution and Technology seeking a talented and highly motivated “Design Expert” to join our Marketing and Engineering team. As a Design expert, you will collaborate closely with the design team and development team to bring the design vision to life, leveraging your technical expertise to create high-quality design implementations. Your contributions will directly impact the user experience of our products, enabling us to deliver innovative and interactive features that push boundaries and elevate our customer experience and brand to new heights. As a designer, you will be also responsible for creating Designs and Videos Animations for social media.

The candidate must have up-to-date knowledge to interpret our requirements and design solutions that are visually impactful for the social media audience. The candidate will have to work on a variety of categories of Tide collateral and coordinate with the marketing and content team to execute the desired results.

Understand the target audience and capture the interest of viewers while maintaining the vision of the brand. Be involved in every stage of content production (concept, shoots, edits, design & collateral) to be in sync with the teams and deliver high-quality results. Develop extremely engaging content for the brand across print, web and mobile platforms.

Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the design team to understand the vision and translate it into functional design implementations
Implement advanced interactive animations and features within our products, pushing the boundaries of what we have done before
Develop prototypes and proofs-of-concept to validate design concepts and explore new ideas
Stay up to date with the latest design and engineering trends, techniques, and technologies, and actively share knowledge within the team
A strong portfolio that demonstrates your skills in Visual Communication design.
In-depth knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, illustration, and layout.
Proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; open to learning new tools as required.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Conceptualize and design innovative motion graphics and animations that align with the creative vision of advertising campaigns.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere.
A passion for staying updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry advancements.
Edit and assemble video content, incorporating visual effects, transitions, and motion graphics to enhance storytelling.
Enhance video quality through colour correction, audio adjustment, and other post-production techniques.

Qualifications

Experience working across multiple phases of design (interaction, visual design, and prototyping).
3+ years of user experience design experience for web and mobile applications with a bachelor’s degree in Interaction / UX design; or a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a master’s degree in design or the equivalent
Expertise in UI/UX software such as Adobe XD, Figma, InVision, Zeplin, Adobe creative cloud Photoshop/Illustrator
Proficiency with Figma
Proficient in taking photographs and editing
Ability to capture the essence of a moment in photography
Ability to shoot videos for in-house activities
Good presentation and communication skills
Familiarity with user research & usability testing techniques
Good written and verbal English communication skills
Be a strong team player valuing collaboration
Bias towards being organized and thinking about repeatability and scale
Passion for improving our product user’s life
Have a strong UX design portfolio showing examples of consumer-grade or enterprise design of products in multiple domains
